Notice of Annual Electors Meeting

The Shire of Kulin hereby gives notice that the Annual Electors Meeting will be held on Wednesday 15 April 2020 commencing at 12.00 noon.

Please be advised this meeting will be hosted online.  Further details will be provided via the Kulin Update email list.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Annual Report for 2018/19 and to deal with such other general business as the President thinks fit or as the majority of electors in attendance may decide.

Copies of the Annual Report for 2018/19 can be accessed here, or please contact the office if you require a hard copy to be posted.                 

All Electors are welcome to attend.
